NON DELIVERY OF FLOWER ARRANGER MAGAZINES

Please be aware that our distributors advised us this afternoon that unfortunately they were let down by the courier company and many of your club orders have not yet left their building. 

The remaining orders should be collected from the distributor today and all clubs who have not yet received their order, should receive them tomorrow.

I do appreciate that this is likely very frustrating for everyone who has waited at home for their delivery, please pass on our apologies to all club officers who get in touch, this issue has not occurred before and we don't expect it to happen again.

Thank you for your patience whilst this problem is rectified.
